Dual Head CNC Stone Engraving Machine

SM3015 S2 is a heavy-duty double-head CNC stone engraving machine designed for high-speed cutting and carving of marble, granite, and other stones. It comes with a large working area of 3000 1500 mm engraving size (3100 1600 mm table size) and supports high-precision automatic operation. The machine is equipped with a 7.5 kW high-speed spindle (up to 24,000 rpm), AC servo motors on all axes, and LM guide rails with rack & pinion drive system for smooth and accurate movement. It features 2 engraving heads for simultaneous operation, automatic lubrication system, water cooling spindle, and strong gantry structure for heavy stone cutting. The Z-axis travel is around 330450 mm, and the machine can achieve fast moving speed up to 30,000 mm/min, making it suitable for industrial production. It is widely used in stone carving, temple work, monuments, wall panels, and architectural designs.
